Primadonna's Hair Services - Dana Point

I had my hair appt with Mary. I was a little reluctant at first, as during the phone call to make the appt she over explained that the Groupon deal may be higher than what is advertised. When I went into the appt, she was waiting for me and ready. We got to talking and now I know why she had to explain herself so well about the pricing. Many people will try to get the Groupon deal and they may have extremely long hair and still want to be charged for the same low price. I completely understand and respect that. I have had nothing but compliments on my hair and it's now been 4 days since I got it cut and it still looks fabulous! She did a great job on listening to me she did not cut too much she cut just the right amount of what I asked and she does a wonderful job on layers. The only thin

Mary is amazing. She takes time with every service and is very thorough in explaining every procedure she is doing, giving options every step of the way. She also is a perfectionist and makes sure you are satisfied. She gives great aftercare tips and follows up after services to make sure you are happy with the results. You will not find a better hairstylist ( or permanent eyebrow technician ) anywhere. Her pricing is also the lowest I have found in this area. Do yourself a favor and go see Mary for your next haircut/color/style or cosmetic application, I guarantee you will become a loyal customer.

Mary is the best. She is extremely professional and had a lot of knowledge about the hair industry. She is also a good hearted lady, made me feel confident with the hair cut , color and highlights I got. Sorry Mary that I took me a lil longer to post the review. Here is a little info about my experience. I walked in into the store and she smiled and greeted me right away. I was lucky that was her turn to work on my hair ( now I known that you can call ahead to make an appointment an that I can request her). She listened and asked questions to make that my hair will satisfied me at the end. I been in other places and the price I paid for her service was very affordable. Mary is AMAZING! She uses natural products that won't damage your hair. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I went in for a more expensive hair treatment and after looking at my hair she determined that it would be to damaging for my already overly treated hair, so we eneded up doing a different treatment that worked very well! She could have just taken my money and done the other one but she didn't. I would definitely recommend her to anyone, she truly cares about her clients and absolutely loves what she does!

Mary is a treasure. She is talented and welcoming. As a first time client, she took the time to learn about my hair and what I wanted done. I felt safe and comfortable - temp check at door, masks used throughout, extensive cleaning, and by appointment only. Very happy with the results and overall experience!
