Literally my favorite day of the month is when I come here! The staff are all so sweet and personable which makes returning so easy. My skin has actually improved so much & it’s noticeable! I don’t anticipate cancelling my membership anytime soon

I initially signed up for the new client laser facial discount. It was an incredible price and the facial seemed to have no downtime. Upon arrival everyone at Skin Laundry were so kind and knowledgeable. All of their employees who do the facials are RN’s so that was impressive to begin with. I had my laser facial done which felt amazing, like I was tanning at the beach, it was warm and comfortable. I added on the “ fixer” which was also half off, it added a cool and soothing element after the laser. Now they were very kind and stated how my skin looked good and I seemed to have a good routine, I am 38. They were informative, not pushy, and the instant results ( glow, pinkness and inflammation in my skin from cold/ dry weather decreased, hydration increase) was pretty instant from the las

Went in for a free consultation not too long ago. There were two services offered, and despite being educated by staff on the two and stating which one I wanted.. they gave me the other. They start by asking what you want to achieve with their services, they take a picture of your face, and proceeded to point out flaws that you did not mention in attempt to sell you their monthly package. The "free" laser treatment was about 5-10 mins, and made absolutely no difference. I realize you need to go for some time before seeing results... but it really seemed if what they were doing worked so well they wouldn't have to address your flaws in order to sell the product. The product would speak for itself.

The staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to my needs. They took the time to explain each step of the facial process and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment.

I took advantage of the first-time special, but for the price they charge for full service, I expected to at least have warm face wipes used to remove the mask. In addition, the music in the room was also not calming/relaxing, and the extremely bright lights made for a far from typical spa-like experience. For those reasons, I'm choosing not to become a member and stick with a traditional facial.
