I had an excellent experience at Dedham Medical Aesthetics for both CoolSculpting and laser hair removal. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. They took the time to thoroughly explain how CoolSculpting works, what kind of results to realistically expect, and answered all of my questions without rushing me. The treatment itself was smooth, and I felt well taken care of the entire time. The laser hair removal treatments were just as impressive. The staff made sure I was comfortable throughout each session and clearly explained the process and aftercare. The results have been great so far, and I’m very happy with the progress. I was way beind in getting botox I wanted to try a new place and I came to see Nurse Kate. I am so amazed at how good she is! the botox was perfectly placed and we didnt need to break the bank! ( and believe me my lines were bad!)I gave her a number and said this is what I have what can you do. She was honest and professional! she did amazing! The owners are so amazing too! Niki was so helpful when calling! The other owner the blonde was so sweet. We had laid back conversations while waiting for my appt. Usually owners dont even bother but they were so sweet and fully engaged! Love them all there cannot wait to go back! I 12 out of 10 recommend <3

I have followed Kate from different practices and so glad she’s at Dedham Medical Aesthetics. Everyone there is so friendly and the atmosphere is so welcoming. Kate has hands of gold. Kate takes the time to listen, maps out what you are looking for and really makes you look refreshed. Her expertise and knowledge to detail are unmatched. I can't say enough positive things about this office and Kate. They are so down to earth, professional and kind. They don't force treatments or products on you and they are honest on what you should do to help you feel amazing again. I received botox injections and the results are phenomenal.
