I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Skin Laundry, especially because of Monique and EJ! My skin has always been something I’ve felt very self-conscious about, but from the moment I walked in, Monique immediately made me feel at ease. She has such a warm, welcoming personality and took the time to be informative, helpful, and genuinely caring. You can tell she truly wants the best for her clients. EJ, the nurse who performed my laser treatment, was just as incredible. She was so gentle, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire process, which made a huge difference for me. Had a wonderful first time experience today. All staff extremely professional , thoughtful and very welcoming. Monique spent a lot of time talking to me about my skin care goals and providing me with skin care recommendations (not just laser but makeup and general skin care products!). Really great atmosphere, team, and my treatment was also amazing.

I came in and was greeted right away! I came in for the new client laser facial and it was great! EJ was an exceptional esthetician, explaining the process the entire time and other add ons. I chose to do a serum add on and my face feels great! There was no pressure by the staff to do more or purchase anything. They were all very professional and friendly!

Nurse Q was so informative, kind, and funny she explained everything clearly and really made me feel comfortable the whole time. She honestly made my day!
