My appointment was for 11:30am. I arrived at 11:15am as instructed. I booked Client Resurfacing Facial. They informed me that the machine was broken and had been broken for over a month. I decided to try the signature facial instead. They proceeded to take my photos 3 times and tried to upload them before they said they couldn’t get it to work and needed to reschedule. When I complained about the time I spent waiting the woman was defensive. I wasted 30 minutes of my day and left with nothing. Highly recommend going to an individual practice then a box chain like this for a treatment.

The peel was very good. It was quick and left my skin feeling great and had a nice glow. I didn't need to wear makeup. No redness, just a glow.

I came for the initial offer and never intended to become a member. There was a good deal so I went for it. I cannot even begin to say how much my skin has improved over the last 6 months. I no longer have to wear makeup at all, my skin is brighter, clearer and smoother. I would recommend signing on to anyone who is thinking about it!
