The spa itself is absolutely adorable, and everyone was very friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. While I loved the ambiance, I have to admit I was a bit disappointed with my experience. The esthetician I was assigned, Kandy, didn’t seem very confident or experienced, and I felt uneasy during the treatment—especially when she appeared to struggle with the devices. I had high hopes coming in for my first visit and was excited to try the hydro dermabrasion facial with a dermaplaning add-on… I also noticed patches of peach fuzz still present on my chin and jawline, which was frustrating given the dermaplaning service 😖 In hindsight, I wish I had specifically requested Deb, as I’ve read consistently glowing reviews about her work. Absolutely love Shawkita! She has hands like no other masseuse I have ever experienced. She is amazing! Would definitely recommend this place and definitely Shawkita, because she makes sure you are okay during your massage and uses the FULL hour. Love it! Been going back almost every other week and I bought a package to continue to go.

I love this spa! My nails have never felt so amazing and when I got my hand massage , all of my pain melted away. I’m so looking forward to my facial ! This is a phenomenal gem 💎 and encompasses a 10/10 experience and how all spas should be . Groupon brought me to this spa for a facial, and I’m so glad it did! Deb was just the kindest soul and I loved the experience from start to finish. She explained everything during the facial and my skin is now glowing! I will absolutely be going back!
