I have visited this location a few times throughout the years, but definitely not enough! I saw Brandi for the first time this weekend for a Swedish Massage with hot stones. It was AMAZING!!!! She was very friendly, professional and attentive. I felt like a new person afterwards! I will definitely be returning again soon.

Been going here for many years, since Becca the previous owner has owned it . That will tell you how long I’ve been a valued customer 😊. Such a nice welcoming when you enter the spa. They offer you something to drink 🥤 While you are waiting in the cozy room to be called . I’m definitely a satisfied customer.I must say during all my treatments have been amazing and refreshing . Thank you skin deep for making me feel beautiful.

Always enjoy going here for massages and facials. Also, Laura is amazing she really puts a lot in her clients..every facial is an amazing exp , just recently had microneedling she took her time and best part no pain. Appreciate all her help in my skin care journey!

It's been a couple of years since I've been to Skin deep to get a massage. The staff is very professional, friendly and the customer service is great. The facility is always elegant, clean and so relaxing. Shout out to Brandy my massage therapist who was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I've scheduled my second appointment for next month.

They need to update policies for gift cards or get more employees. I was given a decent size gift card for this business specifically for me to get massages. I am a full time worker, mom and student. Weekends are my only option. When I first got it they had several massage therapist available on weekends. I had about $100 left and every weekend would look for a massage but only ONE massage therapist was available, I even reached out to email about it and they confirmed he was the only one available. I had tried this therapist before and I just was not happy with my massage. If I am paying over $100 I want to enjoy it. Which I was never told when my gift card actually expired, and they keep it once you cash it in for the first time to have anything to look back on to see if it’s on there.
