Visited SKA for the first time and had the good fortune of having my hair taken care of by Luna; feeling like a million bucks afterwards! Not only was she a great conversationalist, she was an expert at handling my hair and cutting it to the exact, highly layered style that I wanted 😊 I can't recommend SKA and Luna highly enough, especially if you have super thick Asian hair like mine!

I recently went to cut my hair for the first time in years, and Luna was amazing!! I went in with some inspo pics and had a couple of ideas of what I wanted, and they were amazing. They really listened to what my needs were and gave great suggestions on what I could do with my hair. We changed it up slightly from my original idea and it was even better than what I imagined. They also gave me great hair care advice, suggested some products I could use, and showed me how to style my hair if I wanted to go all out or keep it casual. Thank you so much, Luna~

Been here twice, once with Sherry and second time with Luna, their works are amazing and professional. Sherry was recommended by my wedding makeup artist for hair coloring. I had an under bleached and Sherry used the appropriate color to blend in with my natural hair. Even though the color washed out subtly over time but it blends in nicely instead of 2 different colors separated. Second time with Luna only got haircut, she was also very attentive and gave me beyond my expectations. My request was quite vague since I didn’t know how I want it. Luna recommended the style and outcome based on just the vague request and face shape. It turned out exactly what I want to see myself in. I recently had a haircut with Luna and she was the absolute best. I was scared because it was the first time cutting a significant amount of hair off as I was going from waist length into a lob. I did extensive research before booking and ended up loving the results I saw from SKA’s tiktok/instagram, specifically Lunas results with this type of cut. I was also worried because I have typical asian hair and for many years have gone to stylists who were white, because I lived all the way in Maine.
