Nanar was FANTASTIC! If you're a yogi and want to dial back on movement for the day I recommend using this as a substitution for a yoga flow. Today, I'm using it as a warm-up for my flow. Obviously, this type of modality is hands-on; the way the body is sculpted and positioned allows the energetic channels to unblock. I felt manipulated in a trusting way! Amazing! Loved my experience. This was my first time and it was very easy to find the midtown location. All you need to do is press the button (3rd floor) and go up the stairs. The staff were very nice. I had Kan and she was great! Amazing attention to detail and so friendly. The atmosphere and the choice of tea afterwards was very calming. Exactly what I was looking for. Customer service was good as well.
