Sit Still Kid's Salon - Bethany

My 3yr old was having a meltdown nervous to get his haircut, thankfully it was just us there, and the hair stylist just stood there watching. I sort of expected some encouragement, sweet talk, from the stylist to help him feel comfortable, but nothing. I eventually got him excited with the hair glitter. She didn’t say much to my son or me. Was also absurdly expensive for a boys hair trim and clearly no people/kid skills. I won’t be back.

We’ve been to Sit Still Salon a few times now, and our 18-month-old shows up each time with zero intention of sitting still. Maya is unfazed. She’s consistently quick, kind, patient, and skillful, and somehow gives him a great haircut despite all the movement and a LOT of hair. Maya is fantastic.

All the stylists here are wonderful so far! Tanya did my daughter’s bob so perfectly that I had her do my haircut as well and I love it. The environment is so chill, fresh, and cute. The owner was lovely when I met her as well. She helped me choose product that has really helped my hair in the last couple of months.

This salon is only for kids. It's very posh and very neat. A little expensive but still worth the same. They can extend their services to women also as all the employees working there are women. Their shop is open only for four days on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. They may consider opening their shop on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays also. More days, more business and more revenue. It will help customers also to avail their services on all days in a week.

Super friendly staff and nice clean salon. Our stylist was gentle and nice with my son unfortunately I Did not like how my sons first hair cut came out though. His hair use to feel super soft and silky and now it doesn’t. His hair looks super un even. Also did not like how she was thinning out his hair. I had originally booked my appointment with another stylist and we show up and they put us with another one not sure why that happened.
