Sisters Sister's Hair Braiding

When the shop owner asked me to pay before my hair was even half done, I should have known something was off. Her excuse was that she was leaving and needed to collect the payment beforehand. Long story short, my box braids look like they were done by a rookie because the girls didn't make a parting in the front and kept braiding sideways, so there's no symmetry in the front.

I HAVE TO APOLOGIZE!!! I was upset but it was definitely A TOTAL misunderstanding!! They WILL make sure u are taken care of if u go to them!! Very very neat braids!!! I’ve been coming here for YEARS!!! SO as far as my previous review. It was wrong !!! I had got frustrated. They will do your hair nice and neat and communication is key!! I THANK them for years of GREAT SEVICE !!! YALL SHOP WITH THEM!!! Again my apologies to Suka, Fanta and all the braiders !!!

I would highly recommend this salon. They do a great job - very neat work on hair braiding and very professional. There are some genuinely nice stylists who work here and they have a lot of talent.

You guys seem to be above business and treat clients like they are annoying you. You should treat clients better and stop being rude when people are simply trying to utilize your service that you offer to the community. there are no other shops in the city and you ladies need to do better in how you conduct potential clients.

I usually do my own wig braids but I recently got long full set and I needed someone to do it. The owner (senegalese women) called me back and told me she had someone for me. When I arrived the braider (woman from Angola) was heavy handed. after the first braid I told it it was too tight and did not mind or care if the braids were loose. although she agreed she continued to braid my hair like she didn't hear the instruction. she literally braided my thoughts. my braids were so tight I can taste the pain. I've never written a salon review before but instructions are given for a reason. my hair always fall out if it is too tight and giving you instructions isn't undermining your work but trying to insure my follicles do not get damaged.
