Maggie gave me my first ever pixie cut 12 years ago. It was near perfect and I did not realize at that time how good it really was! I currently live in Chicago, wishing I could just go back to Maggie again and again. It is unfortunate that I have not been able to find that same quality experience here in the city. I guess I need to look even harder, but if you are local, you're getting the best with them. Believe me. 12 years and I still think about it ...

Extremely disappointed :( I booked with a week or more in advance, it is the day of the appointment and it is -15 F outside!! I arrive and they said they decided to cancel my appointment. They didn't call or send a email or a message cancelling the appointment in advance! I have an event tonight and they do this without notice? They really don't care about the customers (but of course they do ask your card for booking the appointment)

Zoe was amazing. I felt safe as she used her well sharpened shears to clip so close to my hearing aids. My wife and I also didn’t feel judged in the slightest, a very welcoming and open atmosphere. Very reasonably priced for the services I received.

My daughter received purple permanent highlights which was supposed to be all over her head. Two days later after she washed her hair for the first time after the color it faded. I contacted them and asked for a refund. Was offered 14 dollars back. Told them we wasted over two hours (2.5 hours) there and there is no purple anywhere but a very light color framing her face and I was requesting half back. I was told "we'll refund you half." (direct quote from the text response from them) Not surprising they did not refund half. When I contacted them again a women who admitted she had no clue what was going on but basically told me I received half. I explained it was not and informed her of the total paid and informed her I was expecting and asking for what I was told I would get whic

I've been going to Edith for cut and styling, she's absolutely fantastic. Starts with where you want your end result, walks you through the steps to get it to it, clear as you could ask for. I went in after 20 years of hair damage and got everything worked out. Zoe is also incredible, really knows her stuff, did the best coloring I've ever seen (brown to blonde), and does stuff the same way. Show the result, she can work through to show you how it can be achieved and knows just where to start. Really passionate and just makes it a whole experience. Everyone is super nice, place has GREAT vibes, booking is super easy, prices are really good. Can't ask for better. Can't wait to come back. Place is an absolute treat.
