Sister's Nails I

I went to Sister Nail last week and paid $110 for a new set of nails, and they're already breaking. The job was so poorly done that a nail broke without me even noticing. Vicky did such a bad job that Carol had to help and finished the job. She filed the nails for about an hour just to get them to look decent. I've been going to this place for years, but after they changed owners a few years ago, there's always something wrong with my nails. The first three pictures show how Vicky left my nails before Carol took over. You can clearly see how crooked they were. The last two pictures were taken a week later. Now I have to go to another salon to get them fixed. What a waste of money!

The city of the nails rose. This place is located in the heart of Cranford. Nothing can beat the quality of the service and affordable prices. I did my regular manicure (summer break from many gels manicure) and was very satisfied how accurate and beautiful was done. The atmosphere was very friendly, I talked with many customers and they were happy with the quality of the services. The one person was not satisfied with previous work and they repeated manicure with any cost; I was so impressed how they cared about customers and truly appreciated for their work. The week is passed and I still have my regular manicure, so it’s well done , Thank you 🙏😘

I had gone to Sister's Nails for years and never had any issues. I went on Tuesday 7/2 for a gel manicure and a pedicure. It's now Thursday 7/4 and my gel polish is chipped off, warped and wavy. The pedicure wasn't great. My nails were cut in different directions.( I wouldn't even call it a shape. )The polish was put on thick. What happened to this place?!

I wanted to like this place because some of my friends love it. I gave it three tries and each time there was an issue. The first time my dip nails were still wet when they finished and they weren’t going to do anything about it. Second time they cut my finger with a nail file and didn’t even acknowledge it or clean the cut. The third time they used gel as the top coat of dip nails and it’s already peeling and squishy 3 days later. They claim this is because the dip top coat doesn’t dry in the summer which I have literally never heard or experienced. I think it’s a decent spot if you’re not doing dip nails.

I can’t rave enough about Sister nails in cranford! I’m extremely particular with my nails and I’m happy I decided to give this place a try! From the moment you walk in you feel sooo welcomed, I don’t know about anyone else but I’ve never walked into a nail salon and have been welcomed by name and with so much enthusiasm! I always see Suzie, but everyone seems great! I love that all the nail techs work together no weird typical nail salon vibes. It’s so hard to find a place that offers quality and beautiful nail art but sister nails got it! I travel from NYC because they are seriously the best!
