Restorative Medical Massage Therapy

A friend of mine recommend this wonderful medical spa to me after she had a lymphatic drainage. I heard so much about AUDREY (and the whole team) that I inquired about REFLEXOLOGY. Many therapists do reflexology, but in the past, I have felt that they were just going through the motions. Audrey knew her stuff and she explained the pressure points and I totally enjoyed my one hour session. She answered all my questions and was so sweet and friendly along with excellent knowledge in her field. After our session, she sent me a chart showing her findings and a brief explanation. Tami and her entire practice are golden — exceptional capabilities here to understand your body, massage offerings that are healing and truly therapeutic + overall zen atmosphere. I came in for my pinched nerve in my neck. I saw Stefanie Pinto this session. She was very knowledgeable and great. My left shoulder has been locked up for about two months now. I finally feel some relief. I will definitely be making another appointment soon. I would recommend this place to anyone who has been struggling with tightness and pain.

I love the atmosphere! 😁 From the moment you walk in the door, you are genuinely welcomed. Jesse at the desk is always very helpful and pleasant, Tami is extremely skilled in what she does.
