2 stars because of pricing and wait time , I brought my 2 daughters (2 different length hair) and was charged $75 each (at first they tried charging $80) because they had thick hair. I was also told that they were unable to do a roller set in my daughters hair and the tried to force a keratin treatment on her hair to make it more manageable for them.. I waited 4hrs for their hair to be done and I had appts. When I made the appts I was not notified that the girl I booked had other clients coming in. So that as well was made my fault at the desk.. I watched multiple clients walk in and out while we waited hrs to then he over priced. New to the area so I was trying to find a new place to call home for getting our hair done but I’d much rather try another location. Sad because the work here wa

Customer service- I did not come into this location personally, but really close people to me-did, for my niece whom they made an appointment for by the way- apparently black hair is not what they specialize in, even though when black hair salons close to me, is searched- this place comes up. Anyway according to those close to me-when they went into this place for my nieces appointment- it sounds like they were treated rudely and turned away. And to think I was considering coming here for myself and my child- now that I am aware, that all is not welcome- they will not be getting my business.

You call to make an appointment and when you get there, the stylist is not there. No phone call to the customer to let you know they won't be there. This has happened 2 times to me so I will not go back.
