I am so sad, not only was I charged an extra five dollars for no reason. I got a full set, with gel and almond shape. Shoulda been $50 MAX, they charged me $55 and I didn’t say anything cause i was genuinely happy with my results. The shape really was great, I even tipped more than I usually do. Even though I wasn’t asked to wash my hands, and THE BEST PART?! I go to show my husband my new nails, and he goes “oh is one of them a matte nail” and I said NO. Come to see, the top coat has come completely off the top of my middle finger. Less than 2 hours after I was finished and paid $65 dollars with tip included. Oh man— From a past experience, I chose to never go there again… But decided to give them another chance. Bad idea. I do not remember the name, but he was super rude… I paid 10 extra dollars for them to cut my cuticles and the picture speaks for itself. Also, I pointed out to him that my nails were different sizes and he argued with me and tried to say it wasn’t and said “look” and I replied “oooohhhHHH”… I infact was not convinced. The day prior to going in, I had to put my cat down and was looking forward to relaxing and having a nice time. I couldn’t have gotten out of there quicker. This was my first time here. It is a beautiful relaxing salon. Linda did a great job removing and putting on a new set. My nails are long so not easy. She listened and shaped them exactly how I wanted them. Pricing is exceptional. Anyone looking for a new salon. I would recommend this shop whole heartedly.

My niece got her nails done for prom here, and they were much shorter than the inspiration photo as well as not rounded nearly.. there are spots that look almost pointy-ish or rigid. And on top of that, a nail fell off the very next day. We went back for a new set the following day, and they somehow look even worse. They look like they’ve been grown out for weeks and the polish job is sloppy. I’ve attached photos of both sets. Outside of this experience, I have been there myself for pedicures and have been cut as well as having clumpy/thick and runny nail polish applications as well as applications that don’t cover the whole toenail side to side. I understand they can’t get extremely close to the cuticle sometimes, but they could at least get both sides of the nail. I strongly recommend

BURNT TOE / CHUNCK CUT OUT OF MY TOE / HORRIBLE MANI/PEDI ZERO stars if I could. Pedicure went horrible. The tech cut my toe nails after I said no & when I complained she said "I know my work it's not my fault it's your nail" then she offered to "fix" the shape of my big toe nail she messed up with gel acrylic & when she cured it with the lamp it burned so bad. Then she said I had an ingrown nail, well go look at the chunck she cut out I actually screamed. The manicure is now on me because I should have asked for a different tech or left. But again she cut my nails shorter than what I asked for. It was a rushed job with cold water with a 1 min soak, the nail polish looks clumpy & has air bubbles on all the nails. I did talk to the lady who charged me & showed her the clumps, airbubbles
