Sister Massage (Pennichuck Square Shopping Center)

Having visited countless massage parlors, this one truly deserves to be crowned the best! Upon entering, I was immediately impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. It was clean and odorless, and the gentle music instantly helped me relax. The masseuse had a wonderful personality, proactively asking about my comfort level, and her technique was professional and meticulous. The massage and kneading were precisely targeted at my sore spots. After the massage, the stiffness in my shoulders and back completely disappeared, and my mood improved significantly. Five stars, without a doubt!

I spoke with the manager and she refunded my massage. The first 3 massages I had there were 5 stars. The most recent was 1 star due to disruptions, which made for an uncomfortable massage. The manager stated that it had been a busy Saturday. I understand we are all human, trying to earn a living, and I like to think doing the best we can so that I will average the stars from the 4 experiences I have had there and will leave 4 stars. The manager did apologize and she seems to understand the importance of good customer service in a relaxing environment and not overbooking herself in place of customer service.

Great experience overall. They paid attention to my sore legs and hips, and I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and refreshed. Great massage! I hope everyone goes to see Lisa, she's amazing! I loved it!
