Best scalp massage I’ve ever had. Clean, aesthetic, upscale establishment with friendly service. Hair tech was extremely knowledgeable and achieved correct color for my hair. She was gentle and accommodating. Conversation was good. Overall very satisfied.

I’ve been going to Innovations for over a year now, and I can’t say enough good things about them. The salon is clean and modern, and the entire staff is so friendly and professional. My hair is NOT easy to work with (very thin and fine), so it’s hard to find someone who can actually do something with it but Lois manages to make me look and feel fabulous every single time I go see her. I also worked with Sarah once while Lois was away and she was incredible too. Education and technical skill are obviously as important as image at Innovations. Highly recommend!

Gretchen is seriously awesome, and she absolutely saved my hair! She's not only a skilled and talented artist who works with you and transforms your ideas into a great cut/ color, but she is also super cool! She puts me at ease, and as a socially awkward person, I never feel uncomfortable with the chat. She's an absolute gem! The team makes it easy to schedule/reschedule and are friendly and accommodating.

I went in for a tone but when I arrived the stylist asked me questions and decided I needed a partial foil. She did this knowing she’d stay after closing. My hair came out exactly as I hoped! I would’ve been fine with just a tone but wow she wanted me to leave looking exactly as I hoped. So impressed and so happy.

Innovations always delivers. Facials, massages, and nails - always my go to spot. Veera does amazing with my nails! Gel lasts 3 weeks and she is so thorough, gentle, and professional. Highly recommend!
