went in to the shop and asked for trim and to not cut too much. she cut too much there was nothing i could do because the hair was already cut but then i seen the sides were longer than the top so i asked Coco if she can fix then sides and line them up so the hair can look all even. Coco(the owner) refused service after saying I was too complicated she probably got embarrased that i told her she cut too much and to fix the sides because there were people in the shop mind you i was super nice to Coco. I would give this shop ZERO stars for customer service ✌️

I went to get a haircut today, told the stylist (her name is Coco) what I wanted done, to which she responded with some other suggestion that she think would suit me; I stupidly accepted. She left my hair looking uneven from the side, absolutely NO trim in the back of my hair (even though that was what I came for). The layers I had in my hair looks choppy. I didn’t notice it at first because she almost rushed me out the door to pay so that she could attend the next costumer. After realizing what she had done to my hair I came back to the store to confront her, telling her I wasn’t happy with how she cut it, nor the way she styled it telling her exactly that it was too long on the right side of my face, the ends were twisted in the way I didn’t want, and that the back wasn’t touched. Can you rate -10 star??? I went there and couldn’t even get a service because the workers were back there just talking and no one asked me if i need help, i don’t know how they still in business

Great experience and hairstylist! Very personable and it was the 1st time i visited will definitely come again! Coco the owner was also great with my wifes hair she was inlove 😁

Needed a emergency fix on my hair last night from a barber shop i went to. The lady who cut my hair was so kind and did such a great job i made sure to tip 100% of the bill, this is a great place for a cut from experienced stylists! Thank You, Sinaloa's!!! Very happy with the service!
