Terrible business! I had an appointment with Bree for a closure sew in. She canceled an hour before my appointment. She asked if i could come in the next morning. The next morning came, no answer! she texted me at the time that we were scheduled and said she just woke up. Long story short she tried to push the time back again but failed to meet again. I then requested that I have my closure back, that I bought to the shop days in advance along with my deposit. She was very nasty and disrespectful about my request. This was probably the worse service I've ever experienced! It's a disgrace to black businesses! We need to do better!
