Simply Nails and Spa

Came in today for a pedicure I had super long toe nails naturally I showed the lady a picture of how I wanted me toe nails and she decided to cut them down to nothing. Then not even paint them as the picture I showed her, thankfully the owner refunded me but wanted me to still tip her I refused because why would I tip someone who not only cut off my toe nails but didn’t do a good job or give me what I wanted, anyone who likes to keep there toe nails long knows this is so upsetting. The owner made sure to call me and tell me not to come back as if I ever would. Here’s how my toes looked before my inspo picture and what she did

They quoted my girl $40 over the phone and when she showed up tried to tell her $120. They did a horrible job and didn’t even have the color she wanted. They had to “make” it. They failed at this as well as the design as you can see from the pictures. One of the nails actually fell off on the way home from getting them done. They still made her pay $70 even though she was told $40. I don’t know how this place is in business

I have been coming to this Nail Spa for over 2 years and I always recommend their nail services to anyone who asks where I get mine done. The staff at Simply Nails are always very kind and friendly. Anytime I visit I am never disappointed with my services, they are always attentive to my needs and make feel pampered and welcomed during every visit. My nail tech Amy is absolutely adorable and incredible with every service she provides for me. Jennifer and Vivian are also just as amazing whenever Amy is unavailable. I adore this location and will always be a proud customer! I always love the looks these amazing ladies have given me and my sisters ❤️

$33 for the worst gel of my life. My nails are uneven and I actually have chunks missing from multiple nails where she took too much polish off. The coverage on the nail is uneven with multiple bumps. When I asked her for a third coat, since you could still see through the second one, she tried to argue and say it would make the nails too thick. All the white gel I’ve ever gotten gets 3 coats. The manager made no attempt to help her or resolve the issue when I was clearly unhappy with the outcome. All the techs talked loudly as they worked and no one made any conversation with their customers. I was excited to try this place on a recommendation but I should have stuck to my normal place where I spend $25 and get a manicure I’m happy with. Far better places to spend your money at than here.
