Amy is fabulous at the front desk! She remembers you and is very kind on the phone. Honestly she is the reason I chose to get my laser hair removal at this location. The price was fair, in my uneducated opinion, I’m really not sure what the average cost is. The massage chair at the front is amazing! The atmosphere is very clean. I liked my technician Katie! She knows what she’s doing and i felt safe to me I didn’t like the rooms. The gap under the door and the lack of a calming spa-like setting is preventing me from getting any facials here. The stark/clean/medical environment works for my laser hair removal because it’s so quick and loud. But, personally I would like more quiet/private rooms if I were to get a facial here. It’s comfortable, but yet not comfortable. I hope that makes sense

The Med Spa is an amazing place to choose when seeking professional and courteous service. They have a highly skillful and trained staff. Dr. Adams is unparalleled to any other Doctor that I’ve EVER encountered. She is a master at her craft. She is caring and kind, and so is her entire staff. They offer a wide variety of services. Highly recommend you check them out. I promise you will not be disappointed!

I've had absolutely wonderful experiences at the Med Spa over the past 10+ years. Their staff is top notch: professional, friendly, and just make you feel like family. My most recent Pico Fractional treatment by Amy was simply a-m-a-z-i-n-g, my skin has never looked better. If you haven't tried this treatment, I highly recommend. Thank you, Amy, and ALL of the Med Spa staff for being the best around!

Amy, what can I say! She is amazing! I had prp for hair today, and she had to draw my blood beforehand! It normally takes most people 3-4 x to draw my blood, but Amy got me on the first try, and, not a bruise in site! She was patient and kind before and after. Great place for all of your beauty and skin care needs! I drive from the jacksonville area to come here! I forgot to mention what a wonderful woman who greets you when you first come in the door! She is a lovely person and great at customer service! Always makes you feel comfortable and welcomed!
