Simply Nail Spa

I had an appointment for a full set UV Gel and a pedicure on 11/6. The nail tech that was working on my nails seemed to be struggling every step of the way. At one point she used cuticle clippers from the station next to her that was used on the client that had just left. Not sanitized before use on my nails. She used tips for some of my nails because “my fingers were too big” and other was buildable gel done on stencils. She was doing an excessive amount of fling I had to pull my hand away several times. I also let her know that my nails were brittle and to minimize filling as much as possible. She managed to get all of the tips and or extensions done (not polished) and had me go sit to get my pedicure. As I pulled up my pant leg to start the pedicure my middle finger nail extension broke

Do not go here; it is unsanitized and not clean which can cause you to get an infection. When doing my nails, the lady was coughing in my face and obviously seemed sick. That was my first red flag, second red flag was that she did not clean the metal tools used on my nails. One day later, I get an infection throughout the side of my nail and coming down my finger. It’s now been 4 days and the pain is unbearable. I typically go elsewhere to get my nails done and now I know to always go to the place I normally go. She didn’t paint my whole nail, but that is the least of my worries right now.

I hate to do this but...$90 for unshaped, uneven,lumpy product isn't right..my hands are sore from how aggressive the filling of my nails was..so many people have told me to go back and get my money back.. I continuously told her to shape the nail so it's not flared at the end and she kept repeating that it would break if she did that. The result was thick..flared "duck" nails..and I'm not happy with the result.. -- As for my pedicure? Beautiful, amazing, everything was perfect and the lady was very gentle on my feet

It’s very bad service they can’t understand me and she broke my nails and tried to blame me that I have acrylic I don’t recommend it don’t go there

Great availability and beautiful nails at the end! A little rough handling, but overall my hands and toes are much more comfortable now! 56 for mani.pedi with regular polish- would go again!
