Niki and the team at Simply Furtastic have been absolutely wonderful with Bowie! They’ve shown so much patience, kindness, and professionalism — even when Bowie hasn’t exactly been on his best behavior. It’s clear they truly care about the dogs they work with, and have gone the extra mile with Bowie. He always looks amazing when I pick him up. I’m so grateful for what they do and I couldn’t recommend them more!

I’m late writing my review but hands down 10/10 ⭐️ We are new to the area and initially booked for the medicated bath. You could really see a difference and a relief the bath did to Buddy’s hot spots. Because of winter, we didn’t get our usual short cut, but his potty patch and hair around his paw pads looked great. The most noticeable difference was him smelling AMAZING! Silky soft coat. Nice round nails. Simply Furtastic was great on communication and very thorough with the clarity of vaccinations needed. They take pride in clean and healthy pups. So glad we found a place we love on the first try!

I LOVE simply Furtastic and their crew. Niki and Ryan are the best. I’ve been bringing my Mia Bean to them for a year now (I think) and they always do a great job. I’m only 3 minutes away from their shop so it’s also convenient. I trust them with Mia and know she is great hands. Their love for dogs is undeniable! Also, idk what scent they use for the shampoo or spray but I would use it in my house it smells so good!!

Absolutely love Niki and her staff. Always feel so comfortable leaving my little Izzy with them. They all do an amazing job, my pup is new to getting groomed and they are so patient with a new puppy learning how to get groomed. Even give great tips on preparing her for the next visit on getting use to the sounds. Truly shows how much they care for all animals, and understand how pets are apart of your family. AND the shampoo used smells amazing for days.

• Customer service is unacceptable. This groomer has completely failed us as long‑time customers. Their customer service and attitude toward the people who keep their business running is flat‑out terrible. We’ve brought our multipoo here every eight weeks for over a year, without any issues — until new management stepped in. • New management is the problem. They suddenly changed our schedule to every 4–6 weeks without our consent and then told us they “can’t accommodate” our original eight‑week schedule. That is unacceptable. A business that can’t honor the very schedule a loyal customer has maintained for a year shows zero respect and zero flexibility.
