Red Nails

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! I had an appointment and was early. I had to wait 12 minutes past my appointment time and then was told I couldn't have the pedi I wanted because she didn't have time. She was too busy. I should have seen the red flags then. So I settled for the $50.00 pedicure. Huge mistake. I was talking with the lady next to me and not paying attention while she painted my toes. Huge mistake. My toes have zero top coat and are smudged and she did not clean the polish off my skin. She was busy on someone else's feet so she sent the young man who must only check people in to check for dryness. He said I was good to go so I left. I have been to this place plenty of times before. Not sure what happened today but this is unacceptable. I feel that they stole from me.

Absolutely fantastic nail shop! Took my three youngest daughters, all with a different vision for what they wanted. They knocked it out of the park! Everyone was so nice and talked to the girls about things they liked. It made them feel so special! Not to mention it was super clean! 10 out of 10!

I want to start by saying I have used Red Nails previously and always been happy. However this time was different. The woman who did my nails HURT me. My cuticles are bleeding and swollen and my nail beds so sore that I have to take ibuprofen. She was unnecessarily rough and my nails aren’t even what I wanted even though I showed her a clear picture. Some of them are lopsided and they’re supposed to be purple and black ombré. I asked for gloss, not knowing that it would basically cancel the purple and make it look all black. As a nail tech, she should have known this and informed me. She got rougher every time I asked for them to be shorter ( I work with animals and need them short) so I eventually stopped asking questions because I was scared of getting hurt further. I would like to start off and say it was the nicest place! So cute and pretty in the inside! I had an appointment and the process of getting an appointment was extremely easy, i asked for green french tip and i got one the exact picture. Anney took such great care of me. She gave me a free drink and made my nails look FABULOUS ! 1000/10 will be going back✨

I asked for the thin French tip and showed them the picture on the right but he didn’t really look it, he just glanced at it and didn’t ask any questions. So I thought ok he knows what he’s doing. Nope. They look nothing like the pic. Which I would have appreciated if he would have said I can’t do like that exactly but he didn’t. And once I saw what he was doing I was done. I don’t want to argue or explain myself again because then it’s more of my time. So the only thing I can do is never go again. You make your own choice. The left are my nails and the right is the pic I showed him. Once is enough for me to not go again.
