Simple Hair

Simple Hair is the best affordable cut I've found that is also quality. I've been twice now for a women's haircut after a referral from my friend - 40$ base is unheard of in the Bay. I've gone to Holly twice and will continue to see her for all my cuts and color. She is so sweet and super fast. I don't get my hair cut often, but when I do, I chop all of it off. Holly has done an awesome job both times. I call ahead to make an appointment, but I also walked in and didn't wait long. The staff are nice and welcoming. It's no frills, but you won't find any place else like it in the Bay.

Usually they cut my hair well after washing and half drying. This time the lady dried and flattened my hair using straightener on very high heat. Didn't reduce even after mentioning it's burning my scalp. Gave the feedback to the man at the front desk as well who didn't seem to care at all. Had red scalp and hair fall from the heat. Feedback - Listen to the customer if they're in pain. Simple.

This is my go-to place for haircuts! They always do a fantastic job, and I’ve been consistently happy with the results. For women that wants to get in, get a simple cut and your hair dyed, and get out, and knows how to handle Asian hair well, then Trang is for you. After Supercuts butchered my hair, like one of the hair stylist just took a pair of scissors and just hacked it off with minimal corrections for $40....I decided to give this place a try a few months later. Given how expensive haircuts are nowadays and my hair grows pretty fast, I'm not looking for an expensive cut, but a place that can cover up my greys and give me a decent cut with a bit of layering.
