Erada Day Spa

I went here for a facial. The place looked like its going out of business. It was not lit well and seemed dusty. The lady at the front desk did not so much as smile, leave alone talk or welcome me. I felt like I was an imposition. The service started 20 mins late. Facial itself was ok but didn’t feel worth the money I paid because of the overall negative experience. The lady reminded me to add a tip which I did but not willingly at all. Stay away unless they make some drastic improvements.

I completely agree that the massage itself was decent for the price. But the way they pressured me to tip beyond what I felt was appropriate really ruined the whole experience. Maybe that’s why they don’t have many customers—even though the massage is fine. This was one of the rare times something like this has happened to me in the U.S. They really need to change their behavior. In the end, the manager apologized and gave me a $10 coupon for a future visit, but I don’t plan to go back.

I bought a head spa coupon for 90mins . They don’t have bath rob , they gave me a towel to change. The first 15-20mins , the staff did shampoo twice and conditioner. She massaged my neck about 3mins. The rest of time , she just brushed my hair when my hair was wet. She supposed not to brush when hair wet !!! I don’t feel relax after 90mins . Waste my time . It was worst experience 🙂‍↕️. They should have training before advertising 🙏.

Had a standard massage. It was the right intensity. The room was a good temperature. Clean place. Small tweaks would make it an even more peaceful experience but overall for the money and just-in-time availability I was very satisfied.

I had a fantastic experience at Erada Day Spa! The place is spotless and welcoming. The masseuse is absolutely amazing—always uses the perfect amount of pressure and manages to work out all my knots. I leave each session feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. She is also incredibly courteous and always greets clients with a warm smile. It’s rare to find such a skilled and caring massage therapist these days. I highly recommend Erada Day Spa—you’re sure to enjoy a truly wonderful massage here.
