Every time I come I have a great experience here. Great customer service! Today was my 3rd time. My hair has grown so much in a year and a half. My hair is so much healthier than when I first started last year. I love that my curls revert back and they do not use excessive heat.

Amazing service! I came in for a full head dye, and Veronica took great care of me. She recommended the PowerPunch treatment, and I’m so glad I tried it my hair feels soft, and revived. Tracie, the manager, was super welcoming and made the whole visit smooth and easy. Fast and friendly service. Highly recommend coming to the Cutler bay location.

Hair went from no heat damage to heat damage all over. I wrote the salon and the only response they had was I could get a free treatment and that heat damage can happen sometime. This salon is a complete joke. If you don’t want your hair fried don’t go here. During my service I heard sizzling several times and asked the girl why it was doing that and her response was “it’s just steam” , she was also too busy on her damn phone and burnt my damn scalp several times, it’s to the point I had to let her know “you’re burning me” I should’ve never went to this shop. 10/10 would not recommend at all!!!

Love love love the service and atmosphere I found me a new salon. Tracy was the absolute best.. They were very welcoming… Definitely gained a long time customer… And I can’t forget the young lady breonna she shampooed me. She was so nice 🥰 When I tell you I was in. And out babyyyyy got to me right away…

From the time you walk in you can tell the place is well old machine, timely, and expertise. Getting my hair washed was very thorough and calming, it’s been a while since I had my hair straightened so my curls were super tight, they were unfazed and got through my way with no issues. I came prepared to hear a scolding for deta gaming and recieved none. They have their craft perfected. I’m scheduling my next appointment after this review. Victoria and Tracy are amazing!!
