As a long-time client of Idorkys, I felt I needed to respond to this review. I have been coming to her for nine years, changed my hair color for several times and have always received the most professional, careful, and dedicated service. She is not only highly skilled but also deeply committed to her clients’ satisfaction. I understand that sometimes results may not match expectations, but leaving such a harsh review feels unfair to someone who consistently gives so much of herself to her work. Many of us value and appreciate the quality and effort she puts into every appointment. I only wish that, instead of writing such hurtful words, the concern had been discussed directly with her, as I am sure she would have done everything possible to make things right.

I have been getting my hair done with Ido ( owner ) for 10 years. Whether it’s for hair color, cutting, styling or wax, I have always been happy and satisfied. The entire staff at salon is professional and make you feel welcomed. The Manicurist is also wonderful and they have a big selection of colors. My family and friends are also long time clients. Highly recommend.
