First dentist appointment for my little guy! He was nervous but Dr. Nelson’s team made him feel special from the moment he walked in. He got a special toy from the treasure chest before he left and he hasn’t stopped telling me how much fun he had at the dentist! We are so thankful for the staff at Signature Smiles!

I love going to the dentist because it’s Dr. Nelson! He and his staff are so attentive and thorough. I never feel embarrassed when they gently remind me I need to be better at flossing. The office is so clean and elegant. I can’t recommend Signature Smiles enough!

Dr Nelson and his staff are exceptional. Everyone you encounter there makes you feel welcome and that your time is valued. When entire staffs are this great you know it comes from strong leadership and from treating all employees well. I trust Dr Nelson and appreciate his manner and skills.
