SIGNATURE NAILS

The pink nails are what I arrived with to get removed & asked if my new set could be longer & almond shape to do a French tip set. She continued to file and file my nails down to nubs & when I asked politely if she could redo the thumbs because I wasn’t happy with how the nail shape turned out she refused and became very argumentative with me. The shape was done so poorly and she filed my nails too short to do French tip I ended up settling on a solid color and paid $70 for a terrible set of nails, that annale refused to fix, I could have asked for her to redo the entire set but I only asked if she could fix the thumbs and she still refused to do that! I had a spectacular time coming here! I accidentally broke off one of my nails after about five days of having them and I came in today to get them fixed and Kevin does such an amazing job! He was so kind and compassionate! And I just had an amazing time. I truly appreciate Kevin doing my nails!

I love love love this nail salon! I do call ahead and book an appointment only because I want to make sure that Kevin can do my nails. He is so amazing at his craft. I always get designs on my nails and Kevin will always do whatever I ask him to do. I can just show him a picture of what I want and my nails always look better than the picture I showed him. Most everyone that has done my or my daughter’s nails have done an amazing job. I highly recommend this place!!

Henry did exactly what I wanted. The shape and everything was perfect. I will definitely see him anytime I come to Florida to visit my sister.

I never leave negative reviews, but this experience was far below acceptable. This was my first and last visit to this salon. The technician (woman) was unreceptive and repeatedly ignored my requests. The pedicure was rushed. The massage lasted about two minutes total (1 minute of scrubbing and 1 minute of applying lotion while massaging). The remaining lotion was wiped off instead of massaged in and it wasn’t a lot of lotion to begin with. The hot towel was removed within seconds, and several service details were missed. The nail shape, polish color, and acrylic application were not done as requested, even after I showed a reference photo more than once. I remained respectful and only spoke up to correct what was being overlooked, yet the technician continued to do what she chose. At th
