Updated review * Went 2/20 for a mani pedi with gel French tip. Viviane pressured me into doing dip instead of gel and said that it would be thin. They are not thin and the tips are not uniform . I asked her if I could just come back tomorrow to have them redone as gel since I was not happy with the service and have a rehearsal dinner to go to. She said no that I would have to pay half to get it redone. I asked to speak to a manager and she did not get the manager. I’m sad to say I won’t return to this location due to has this was handled. I went in for a mani pedi and was very pleased with my service. Prices were exactly what was listed, no extra charges. Jay was fantastic and because of him, I will be coming back and booking with Jay in the future!

Wanted to give a huge thank you to Bliss. My experience is always 10/10 but tonight they truly went above and beyond. I arrived shortly before close (I truly never do this it was just unfortunate circumstances of today) and they did not make me feel rushed or sway on what I wanted. The results were everything I wanted and more. You truly saved my bachelorette trip. SEE YOU AGAIN SOON!!

Viviane was amazing. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and got exactly that! Best almond shaped nails i’ve ever had :)

I got a dip manicure from Mai. She took a while, which I didn't mind, but they completely changed the agreed on price. She was very nice, but when I came in, the tablet said it would be $47. When I went to check out, it was $68 AFTER my student discount. There was a $5 charge listed for "shape"! I pushed back a bit and said there's no way, and he said it was "because it was ombre". I really don't see how two colors adds 20 whole dollars. It seems like they just change the price at checkout and hope you don't say anything. It's a shame because they did a good job but that's shady.

I absolutely love Mai and her work! She’s incredibly creative and always brings fresh ideas to the table. On top of that, she’s so much fun to talk to and truly cares about her clients. I always feel valued and understood. Highly recommend!
