Always a 10/10 experience at this salon. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and never had a bad experience. The salon itself is clean, the tools are clean, the staff is friendly, and the work they do has never disappointed me. I usually just get solid one color no-chip manicures, but decided to get some nail art my most recent visit. Mia is extremely talented and did a phenomenal job on my nails! I showed her a picture and she made magic happen. Also, shout out to Jackie at the front desk! She is always friendly and pleasant.

I’ve been coming to this salon for more than three years, and it’s always a great experience. The shop is spotless, and everyone is welcoming. Jackie is super friendly! Karen is an incredible nail tech and a true artist. I always leave happy with her designs. If you’re looking for someone who pays attention to detail and consistently delivers beautiful work, Karen is one of the best.

Very lovely staff and service! Clean place, doable prices. Would come back here again. They gave us vegan green tea body lotion as a Christmas gift when we left! So sweet of them. Definitely a staple nail salon of Orland Park.

I came in a few days ago to pamper myself around my birthday with a mani-pedi. While my pedicure was perfect, after the aesthetician (she wouldn't give her name) gave me the hand and massage, she asked me to pay before she applied the polish, claiming that because I was getting the regular polish (and not the "no-chip") , I wouldn't be able to handle my card or wallet to pay until it was dry. This didn't make any sense b/c they'd have to wait until my no-chip was done anyways until I pay and I've never gotten any cosmetic service that required paying before the service was done. I'd asked the cashier about this who confirmed this. This just feels like they expected me to leave w/o paying, which was insult to injury after seeing multiple other customers pay when done.
