I called on Saturday, 7/12, to see if they had availability for a pedicure, and they were able to fit me in an hour before closing. I was visiting from out of town and had limited time in the area so I appreciated them accommodating me on short notice. The technician who started my service was very kind, but she mentioned a few times that she wasn’t feeling well. Out of concern, I told her she could skip the polish and stop early. Later, I regretted that decision and called back to see if I could return to have the polish applied. The receptionist was not particularly friendly, but eventually agreed I could come back the next day, Sunday. When I returned, the overall vibe was a bit off. Where to begin. An hour after leaving, gel nails bubbled, the manicurist who's name starts with an M cut every cuticle, multiple times, where I bled and now have scabs on every finger (very painful). She left me with polish/paint marks and refused removing them, saying it'll wash off (yet obviously hasn't). The foot massage was non-existent, and a nail that was repaired was not mounted right and was highly slanted to one side. I'm grateful she was able to see me for the appointment (yes, I left a tip despite all of this), however the process was messy, painful, rushed, and because of this I will not be returning.

Karen was amazing! She was fast and did a great job. Plus she’s very kind and fun to talk to. Made my whole experience that much better. I highly recommend her. Most of the nail techs I’ve been to at other places have always hurt me or cut me while doing my pedicure but she was so careful and gentle! Love my nails!

Great options, a lot of skilled technicians. Always friendly front desk and management team. Most recent experience was with Patricia and she was amazing .

I LOVE this place!!! I have been coming here for years and their quality, cleanliness, pleasantness and professionalism has never wavered. The owners are so big on on customer service. Maritza is my girl and I love how she always take her time with me. She is never in a rush. Great home nail studio!
