I think I’m going to be more sore from how hard we were laughing than from the massage!! All jokes aside, Crystal is incredibly intentional with her work, and I feel the benefits for weeks after each session. I lift heavy and carry a lot of tightness in my quads and hip flexors, and she somehow makes deep work including cupping and psoas release feel comfortable and genuinely amazing. Truly the release I’ve been looking for. The full hour feels exactly how you want a massage to feel. Slow, restorative, and never rushed. The vibe is so easy. We talked, laughed, and I left feeling noticeably better than when I walked in.
