Shumin Yu CMT open appointment

I had a 90-minute Deep Tuina massage yesterday at Shumin Yu, and it was phenomenal. Vivian was incredible, very skilled, intuitive, and thorough. She found every tension spot and worked through it with just the right pressure. I walked out feeling totally refreshed and pain-free. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Highly recommend her!

This was the first massage place I tried when I moved to Napa, and though I've sampled a few others, it's the one I return to again and again. Julie and her team have an intuition in their touch that always seems to precisely target my most challenging areas of the body. Often, I don't even realize how much tension I'm holding in an area until their focus is on it. I prefer the physiotherapy style with cupping, which is very intense compared to the more common relaxing/Swedish massages you'll find offered at other places. But I feel like a new person after every visit. So if you're looking for a transformative experience by the sweetest folks, I very highly recommend!

My 90 min massage was with Nancy. She's really good and used just the right amount of pressure for my liking. I had a lot of knots on my upper back and my glutes were really tight before going in. After my session, I felt so relaxed, like a whole new person. I highly recommend. I'll definitely be back for more massages!

Place is incredible! Vivian is the best. We drive out of our way to see her. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.
