Show Nail & Spa

Horrible! I went in for a spa pedicure and dip mani. Spa pedicure, she cut my toe. Then my dip manicure stayed falling off after 8 days while on vacation !!! Ridiculous.

Show Nail is always hit or miss, usually a miss in my experiences. They usually have availability, so if I need a UV GEL fill manicure with color on short notice and can’t get an appointment at my usual spot, I’ll go here. The shape of my nails is so weird idk what happened maybe she was in a rush? And they just load up on the UV gel to the point where my fingernails look deformed. I was so upset by the end but what can you do? And to top it was over $70 not including tip. See pics for reference. Not even sure what to do with these nails right now like it genuinely ruined my week bc they’re so bad.

My aunt and I walked in for the hydrotherapy hair spa. Mandy was the one who provided my service - we loved it; it was so relaxing, we both fell asleep. The service is around $69 - lasts about an hour and includes a back massage and scalp massage + shampoo/conditioner. Will be going back!

No sense of time. I made a reservation for 1:30 pm and I couldn’t get my booking start until 2 pm and still waiting. Others with later appointments were attended before me. Sitting like this for the last 15 mins. Am i still expected to tip??
