This place is really awesome. Bryan was my instructor for the Intro to soldering course. A very patient and eager to teach instructor, he was great! This was my first time being around all the equipment and I learned so much, I feel very passionate. Excited to see what the shop will offer for the future. Would love to come back.

Took a welding course there this morning and it was awesome. Great instruction, plenty of time to experiment, and I feel like I learned a ton. If I was local, I'd take courses there constantly!

Amazing experience, taking a class and learning basics on forging just opens a world of possibilities. This space is well managed, experts guide you and teach you every step. It’s organized and every precaution is taken, focused on the safety of the attendants. They also have a library with books on art, forging, diy projects and so. Come and donate ! We’ll be back for more classes.

I had scheduled a CNC router class utilizing Easel and the Xcarve machine. The space is amazing, a lot of thought was obviously put into how it is set up. I met up with Lucas, but there had been a misunderstanding and I guess they had forgotten there was a class scheduled so the normal instructors were not present. We waited for one other person to arrive and Lucas was able to teach the class. We went over some basics on Easel and then cut out a small project on the machine. I would definitely recommend this space for classes or just utilizing the facility. If it wasn’t so far from where I live,I would be here all the time. Thanks Lucas House for all the help!

Had so much fun at the Forging Intro class with Brian! There’s a bit of a learning curve at first, but after a couple of tries I got the hang of it and ended the class with a beautiful little hook! Checking this one off the bucket list! 😊 Very happy that a place like this exists in Raleigh.
