This a an amazingly unique story in this area ever time I go they have new products and they prioritize their customers needs as best as they can. The owner even gives you an option to tell her what you need her to get in the store and usually has it in the store within two weeks. Amazing small Business!!

This store is so cute. The customer service was amazing and really helpful when it came to finding what I was looking for and trying things on. The prices for everything I bought was reasonable and affordable not too expensive!

The website indicates that you’re open on Sundays from 9 to 5. I would’ve advise that if you’re not open on Sundays that you change it on the website because it makes a lot of people think that you are therefore driving all the way over there for nothing. that’s the complaint I have as far as everything else I have no complaints. The hair is wonderful there. Customer service is great. It’s just when you think somewhere is open that they’re not it. Kind of stinks when you drive all the way over there for nothing.

The owner was very nice. The products were rich in varieties. The prices are reasonable. I got a warm welcome when I got there. I will go again, and again. Thank Goody for that store in Lowell MA.

This beauty supply store is amazing and has everything you need! The owner is super nice and accommodating and it’s my favorite place to go!!
