Best haircut I've received since I moved to Massachusetts! The name says it all. It was fate. This is a great salon. There is actual parking, it's clean and friendly. Plus they give great haircuts which is more difficult to find than you would think! Very very happy with this salon.

Wow. I'm so impressed! My 11-year-old daughter wanted to cut all of her hair off today. We are visiting from Chicago and she insisted on doing it right away. I did some googling and saw great reviews for serendipity so we took a chance and came in.. Kelsey cut her hair and she did an incredible job! My daughter cut over 10 inches off and had a specific style she was going for. Kelsey not only nailed it, but she was super patient with my daughter when she kept tweaking the cut along the way or asking for more to be cut off. Kelsey then also styled it for her so she could see the cut done exactly like the picture she brought in! My daughter is thrilled with her new look and I'm so grateful we found Kelsey! I chose this salon because of their stellar reviews and they are for real. I was running late because uber driver couldn't find my apartment building and I wanted to give them a call to let them know that I was still coming for haircut. I spoke to Alison the woman who answered the phone and explained situation because I was nervous about running late. She was very pleasant and I am thinking she explained to Chrissy, my stylist because she placed me on a brief hold. Everything was fine, she said and I was about 5 minutes away but didn't know because I am relatively new to the area. When I got there, the salon was very clean and Chrissy came over from back to bring me to her station to talk hair. First time here and I got cut and purple color. Lisa did the task beautifully. All were very nice and made me feel comfortable. Place is spotless. I highly recommend Serendipity and will be going back. Thank you Lisa.
