Shonda, makes you feel right at home. She knows 100% about all types of hair. Well, all I have to say is look no further, because Shonda will have you leaving the salon glowing. I forgot to take a pic with my hair done, so I will take one on the next visit. The ladies that work alongside of her are great as well. They get you in and out. I was very pleased with my service. First time visiting Shondastylz, and I absolutely enjoyed myself. Jayda did an amazing job on my natural hair. I got a silk press, and it was on point!!! The environment is so pleasant, and so are the other stylists. I have found my new home for my hair.

Although Shonda does nice hair, her customer service is lacking. I had a death in my family and had to fly out of town in an emergency on a red eye flight on Friday night, subsequently Missing my appointment on Saturday morning at 8:30 am at which time she was informed of my emergency. This is what she text me… “My schedule is very busy on Saturday and I have ppl on waiting list. When you reschedule last minute it don’t give me time to give someone else the slot. I’m not excusing you emergency. Hope all is wellThis is not personal. Strictly business.” Then had the audacity to charge me $165 unauthorized at that. This is the person that has a big sign in her store about giving back to the community but will charge someone because they have an emergency. Go figure! It’s business……Well I gu
