If you order your products online beware of their shipping policy and their customer service. My order has been sitting at the FedEx in Tracy, CA for the last 13 days with no movement. I called FedEx and they admitted that that is a long time for a package to be with no movement and that they can put a trace on it but the shipper has to request for that. So I called Shiseido and they said it’s their POLICY to wait for 21 days before they can even do anything. So…… I have to wait a few more days before I have to call them back to say I have not received it yet. They do not seem to have people working in their customer service willing to help. They go strictly by the book. WAIT 21 days.
