Shiny Nails

I've been coming to Shiny Hails for 3+ years for mani, pedi and waxing services. The techs are all efficient and good at what they do. Ivy does a great job on my gel fingernails - often offering opinions when I ask. Lisa always takes extra time massaging my feet and calves during my pedi - so great. The owner Nancy is organized and does a great job waxing.

Terrible service. Was my first time in this place but never will back. 1. The girls are very rude 2. The workers speak very loudly and they are not focus in their work and rushing trying to do everything fast and bad. 3. They don’t speak very clear and they don’t let you explain what do you want. 4. They don’t communicate with the client, they don’t tell you what to make your foot or your hand move and they push you in their own way. 5. And expensive for a easy job And just reading the last reviews they don’t even apologize with cliente who didn’t have a good experience there. No professional

Plus: -They try to accommodate you quickly even without an appointment. -The women who work here are very nice and do good work. So-so: --It's an average nail salon space in a strip mall-not "the best salon you've ever seen." --I don't see tools coming out of areas or cases that work to indicate having been cleaned in-between uses. I've seen others bring in their own tools and I would probably do so at any salon. Minus: The woman who is the director (or manager/owner? She sits at the front and takes the payments)--she also does nail work but will not listen to your requests. Your manicure will be according to her plan, so if you prefer your cuticles done a certain way or nails filed, buffed, etc a specific way--simply avoid having her as your manicurist. The ladies at Shiny Nails are awesome. They take appointments and walk in's. My husband and I have been going here for years and we BOTH love it ❤️❤️

Shiny Nail Salon is the best and most professional salon I have ever been to.The staff is caring and very knowledgeable . I had an experience with an injured nail there turned black ,and could not heal . It was all fixed by going to this place . I highly recommend this salon,everyone is very good and you feel cared for . Ulla Philbin
