I’ve been going to IIa for several years now, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my eyebrows. She is very skilled at eyebrow threading and always take the time to listen to my preferences. IIa is also super responsive and accommodating, making it easy to schedule appointments (via texting). Her studio is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, which adds to the overall experience. I have been going to Ila for ~3 years to get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded. Her technique when threading is very unique. It's the right combination of being gentle and effective especially when there are more stubborn hairs underneath the eyebrow that are closer to the eye lid region. The service is very straightforward and efficient. I usually only have to be there about 10 to 15 minutes each appointment. Highly recommend.
