Shiny Nail Salon

Being a salon owner,i must saying I have used them for my family since they first opened,and always happy! But today I went with my husband and we got 2 different pedicures, and very impressed from the minute walking in the place was spotless and very welcoming. I got the lemon pedicure, and my husband green tea,was absolutely amazing. They used real lemons with mine,and even massaged with the lemon,in all the years over 30 in this industry, never seen this. I never treat myself but after today I can't wait to go again.Thankyou ladies for amazing experience.

I got my nails done by Alexa and it was my first time in their salon. I wanted to switch it up and try someone/someplace new. I wasn’t happy with my current nail tech. I went in and it was such a great atmosphere, VERY clean, they took extra measure of ensuring between each step everything was clean. I was blown away but how incredible of a job Alexa did. I have gotten my nails done for a long time: and this was by FAR the best my nails have ever looked professionally done. She gave me a head massage and made sure every single detail was near perfection. The entire place had such amazing energy. I loved it so much it will now be my permanent nail salon. I have been to this salon several times and never had a complaint nor have I heard customers complain. It is so peaceful and they always have music on (never too loud). They give shoulder massages with your nail service and they’re spa pedicures are to die for! The staff is always friendly and truly go above and beyond for their customers.

Very disappointing experience. One of the employees treated me very poorly and made comments that clearly felt like racial discrimination. The attitude and words used toward me were extremely disrespectful and made me feel uncomfortable and upset. This was not a misunderstanding. It was a clear case of discriminatory behavior. Pretty good. Prices are fair although the regular pedicure wasn't on the menu I was presented. The technician gave me a very nice pedicure. And did a great job with my cuticles. My only complaint and the reason it got 4 stars instead of 5. Is that the massage chair wasn't working? And they didn't even offer to move me to another chair. That's really disappointing. I will go back but I'll definitely ask which chairs are working before I sit down.
