My experience was exceptional from the moment I walked through the door. The staff was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. My massage was absolutely outstanding. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Catskill Mountain Spa.

I love the facial. My skin always looks amazing after. I really enjoy the mini massage that's included. I appreciate all the nice attention to detail as well. The warm, heated blankets, the music, the lighting, the lemon water and snacks all create an ideal spa experience.

Terrible location. This is more of a DIY spa than an actual spa. Amenities are sub par. The place is somewhat cute of you like that grandma vibe. Nothing about this place is luxury. Staff was nice. For the price we paid for a couples massage and facial i was expecting a decent service. The facial was sub par. The extraction was more of a soft tug. The massage was the main disappointment. Barely any pressure. I had asked for heavy pressure on the paperwork I filled out but I guess thay didn't matter. The massage gave me more anxiety than relaxation because I was so annoyed that I paid so much money for someone to rub cold lotion on my body. Honestly, I think all the reviews on here are fake. This might be one of the worst massages we’ve ever had. Starting with COLD lotion. We asked for hard pressure and barely felt like we got anything but a rub down with lotion. Normally the massage therapist will ask if the pressure is good but never bothered to ask. The facial was very subpar. My wife at least got steam, but I didn’t. On top of it all, the location is TERRIBLE. You don’t really feel safe walking around this town. Skip this place.

Catskill Mountain Spa is not only beautiful but versatile. Room after beautifully decorated room. There's so many treatments available. You can even host a spa party here. This is a great little gem.
