So, I have been going to Carmen for years now. I used to sit in another chair at her shop and would be amazed while watching her cut and color others hair. The end result was always stunning! Then my stylist retired and I asked Carmen if she could do my course hair. Not only could she, she SLAYED my hair. Even when I was going thru a low moment for a few days and my hair was horribly tangled. I said to her I was so embarrassed I let it get like that. She said "just come in, I got you" and she did.
