This was the first time, but definitely not the last trip here. I messaged Katie and she was quick to respond. She had an opening within 2 days of me contacting her. Once I got there I saw that it was busy and very clean. I only had to wait about 5 minutes. Katie listened to how I wanted my hair and cut it perfect!! It has always been hard for me to trust people with my hair, but I am thrilled to have found her!

I absolutely love Michelle's Salon! Everything about it was awesome! Katie does a great job on highlights. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of hair style, hair cut. The best!! 👏🏼👍🏼😃

Was going for a first time appointment with Katie, that was made 17 days earlier. She wasn’t there at the appointment time, so I texted her to make sure I was in the right place. She called me and stated she had forgotten to put me down in her books. She lived more than 30 minutes away, but she would have to get ready. She asked if I wanted to wait or reschedule? NO, WTH, such unprofessionalism and bad business.
