We took my toddler for her very first mani-pedi, and I was honestly a little nervous because she’s very shy, even though she had been begging to go. The moment we walked in, all my worries disappeared. She was greeted with the biggest smiles, and every staff member made such an effort to talk with her in a way that made her feel comfortable and special. They even gave her a tiara and offered her a snack and drink, which instantly won her over! Sheryl was her nail tech, and she was absolutely incredible! So gentle, patient, fun, and reassuring the entire time. She truly knew how to make it a positive first experience. I have been going to Shimmers for almost a year . I see Sheryl for my massages and she is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever had ! More recently I have been going to Gina for my nails . She is excellent!! Very kind , caring and gentle ! I would highly recommend both of these ladies ! It is a shame that a few disgruntled employees who are NO longer there are trying to ruin Shimmers reputation . Donna

Britini is such a talent and a beautiful soul who knows how to deliver! She listens with a creative vision and helps your nail dreams come true. Shimmer is a beautiful location with offering such as Gel X, pedicures, and massage! I felt like a Queen when I got my nails done for Valentine's Day and left knowing that I will be back for many sets to come. Can't wait for my Spring nails!

We had a great experience at Shimmer nail studio! My sister in law was in town and so she, my 5 year old daughter and I got a manicure and pedicure. My daughter was treated like a princess (literally given a tiara). She had snacks and a fancy drink. We had a great time and our nails still look great almost a week out. I’ve also heard they have a pirate package if moms want to take their sons for a fun experience! Edit: I wanted to add that the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. They did so well with my daughter. And we loved chatting with them! Thank you again 🩷

Went in for the first time, was very excited as the place was super cute. I wasn’t quite sure what exactly to expect. They got me in fast which was shocking but the lady who did my nails seemed to rush through my nails. I was really happy with them on the day I got them but then realized that the gel polish was very uneven, the color polish wasn’t fully even either. My cuticles were also very irritated and skin seemed to be hanging/peeled back after, which is not normal for my nails. After all is said, I feel like I could have done the same thing at home unfortunately.
