Kelly gives her customers what they want. She is also willing to give them advice. Her prices are phenomenal - NO ONE BEATS KELLY'S PRICES!

Kelly was my hair dresser she was courteous and before she started she asked me how I wanted my hair cut . And she took all the precautions to keep me and her SAFE. I will continue to go to Sheila's as long as they continue to stay open and after the pandemic if they're open I'll go there.
